Former WWE Raw General Manager Eric Bischoff noted on his Twitter page (twitter.com/ebischoff) that Ted Turner (image) — WWE Chairman Vince McMahon's arch nemesis — declined WWE's offer to take part in their upcoming "Rise and Fall of WCW" DVD. Bischoff also notes speaking to former TBS President Bill Shaw, who helped him rise to power in WCW in the early 1990s. Bischoff says Shaw declined to participate in WWE's project as well.
