WWE superstars visit Houston to help with Hurricane Ike relief efforts. The visit Wednesday is a joint effort with the Houston Food Bank.Former WWE Tag Team Champions John Morrison and The Miz (picture), Raw Diva Layla and SmackDown superstar Funaki helped distribute non-perishable food items to Houston residents at the Impact Houston Church of Christ on the 1700 block of Weber Street.
The event started at 1 PM Wednesday.
Tag team partners John Morrison and The Miz competed against one another Sunday in a main event match in Columbus, Ohio. The Miz is a former cast member of MTV show, "The Real World".
WWE SmackDown will begin airing on myNetwork TV stations, including my20 in Houston, starting Friday, October 3 at 7 PM CDT.
